A live feed would need the shop’s Google account wired to this site, and that is not done yet. So these are copied from the profile by hand, word for word, on a date this page tells you — and every one links back so you can check it. Nothing here has been shortened by rewriting, and nothing has been added.
We will not write them, either. A testimonial describing a customer who does not exist is a federal matter rather than a style choice: the FTC’s rule on fake reviews carries a penalty of about $53,088 per violation. It is also the fastest way to lose the only thing a shop like this sells.
How to get more of them
The best time to ask is at handover, with the keys in your hand and the repair order explaining what was done. Shops that ask at the counter get several a week; shops that email a week later get almost none.
