Not worth repairing?
Broken car, not running? We will buy it.
Sometimes the honest answer is that the repair costs more than the car is worth. When that happens you should not be stuck paying us to tell you so, and then stuck with the car as well.
Bring it in or call and describe it. We will tell you what the repair would cost and what we would pay for it, and you can take either answer.
Tell us the symptom. We will tell you the next opening.
The chat narrows the symptom down with you so the call is short and the desk knows what to pull before you arrive. It will not diagnose your car in a chat window, and it does not book for you — the last step is a phone call, to a person.
